Light and darkness

    Human body is a smart system. Like any life form here, it needs light and darkness to evolve and defend itself. Every single day, the body literally lives and dies to come back stronger.

    Daytime is for woke things and serotonin (sunlight), nighttime is for healthy sleep and melatonin (where’s my serotonin?).

    There’s no better science than the natural one.
